As an attorney or in the title capacity with Premier, L.T. Caplan has also assisted in the closing of agricultural land primed for real estate development, 1099 Tax Exchanges, real estate projects by syndications, the purchase and sale of individual out parcels, and has represented both landlord and tenant on various commercial leases.
